Moto G4 Plus now available in weekly builds

Weekly Build Update

As of today, we are adding the Moto G4 Plus to our weekly build list. Further complementing the list of supported Moto devices getting an Oreo update.

The device bringup is based on some great commits provided by Nikit and vache who did a great job on Android O for Athene.
